These are end pieces to make replacement arrows using 1/4" dowel taking the suction cup end from the easily breakable ones from the Brave (the movie) bow and arrow set. Seem to work OK, though the fletchings part perhaps breaks a little too easy. I imagine my kid is not the only one to bust all the original arrows... Instructions The flat sections on the tips of the 'feathers' are meant to be cut off and are just there for printing.
