Replacement clamp for Velotech 2x0.5W bike lamp

This is a replacement clamp/holder model I created quite a while ago for a Velotech 2x0.5 bike lamp (see attached photo). It is designed to be attached closest to the center of the bike handle bar (hence the d=32mm) with simple cable binders.Notes:Applying some silicone rubber glue onto the bottom surface (and letting it dry) is a good idea before installing. This dried rubber glue layer will greatly decrease slippage (and thus greatly enhance stability) once the clamp has been installed.Background:After the rubber band on the original clamp broke, I wanted to continue using the otherwise perfectly functioning lamp. Seems to me that the clamp is always the weakest part in any bike lamp kit, so I decided not to buy a new kit (yet again) just because factory clamps are not durable enough.
