My fan blades broke when the cover fell off, so i designed and printed these. To my surprise it runs much quieter than it did before... bonus. Printed with a 1mm nozzle @ 500um layers, so quality is ugly, but it works. Blades print nicely when printed standing up, as in the attached image. If you're printing in PLA or ABS, I recommend printing the Hub_Solid at high infill, as the rotor can get pretty hot, if you can print in PC, then the Hub_Shelled with do fine. Enjoy. My rotor pin has a 8mm diameter with a cut away of 1.5mm
