Replacement frames for Nike Eyeglasses 7100/1 001. Same old story -- had a pair of glasses which the frame kept on breaking (at the bend on the arm). After a couple of times, parts were no longer available. Not wanting to waste a good set of lenses, I designed these. Lenses are attached to the parts using M2 screws -- lengths will vary depending on the lens thickness. 1-7-2016 Update: Right arm now printed with Carbon Fiber. Print Settings Printer: MarkForged Mark1 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.1mm Infill: 50% Notes: Concentric Carbon Fiber at layers 5-7 and 30-32. How I Designed This Quick way to get lens shape into Pro-E I didn't have access to a 3-d Scanner, so I taped the lens to the computer screen and traced the shape of the lens.
