**Update 2020-08-08: Warning, the gear did not last more than 20 minutes when printed in PLA. ABS or PETG may be a better option.** So, the gear got shredded in my boy's Peg Perego Polaris Outlaw electric ATV. And Peg Perego only sell the complete gearbox as a replacement, costing a small fortune. So I decided to put my 3D printer to use and replace the broken gear since the rest of the gearbox and motors are perfectly fine. I first tried using https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2390134, but it was too tight and the motors would not turn. So I designed this new version using the Spur Gear add-in in Fusion 360. We have only tested it for about 20 minutes but so far it holds up well. The first iterations ripped the teeth of the small diameter 10T gear, and also separated the gear in the z-axis between the large and the small diameter gear. This will be the weakest part of the gear since all the torsion force will be focused there. Let me know if it works out for you, or if it's too weak for the purpose.
