Replacement Guide Tube for Bionicon C.Guide V.02

This is a custom-made replacement tube for the Bionicon C.Guide V.02 bicycle chain guide. I created it for a family member who needed a new one and found that the only available part was from the UK, making international shipping too expensive. To overcome this issue, I designed a replacement part that can be printed locally. You will need to print two identical halves, which should snap together seamlessly when aligned properly. I printed this part using Creality Black PLA at a layer height of 0.2 with no supports, following the orientation shown in the provided STL file. To ensure smooth operation, I applied a thin layer of PTFE lube inside the tube. While this design has only been tested for about five minutes, I am confident that its durability will not be an issue due to any design flaws.
