<p>This replacement part and a zip tie fix the front SKS mudguard of my bike to the metal holding rod. The original clip was worn, loose and rattling, and finally broke. The replacement saved my mudguard and will probably outlive the mudguard and my bike (-:&nbsp;</p><p><i>I added the STL-File and the OpenSCAD-File. You should be able to change the parameters if necessary.</i></p><p>The quick print used less than 3g filament.&nbsp;</p><p>Printed on a Prusa MINI+. Sliced in PrusaSlicer 2.5.0 under Linux in 0.20mm QUALITY mode, changed to 4 perimeters and 35% Gyroid infill.</p><p>My zip tie is about 4.8mm wide an 1.3mm thick.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>I like the view of the zip tie channels in the X-Ray-view in the 3D-View of the STL-File. Many thanks to Prusa3d for this feature ((-:&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>UPDATE 22.10.2022:</strong></p><p>New OpenSCAD- and STL-file ("…_006.scad" / “…_006.stl”), as well as replaced gcode-file for my Prusa MINI+.&nbsp;<br>CHANGES: I added some tolerance to the zip tie channel and the cutout for the zip tie head.<br><br>&nbsp;</p>
