<p>I have been using a lot of eSun's refillable PETG spools and filament these: https://esun3dstore.com/products/esun-3d-filament-reusable-spool-pc-transparent-3d-printing-removable-filament-spool-for-1kg-pla-petg-spooless-refilament. Unless I want a specific colour, black & grey have been my prototyping and general filaments.</p><p>The refillable spools are great, however the clip part wears down or they break off, so I tried a few different versions and settled on this one that uses M3 bolts and nuts. The nuts slot in and stay put whilst you assemble the spool, currently I'm only using every second bolt because the square peg holds each piece in place with one bolt fastened.</p><p>Added a part that has protrusions instead of every second bolt, which halves the number of nuts and bolts you need.</p><p>Print it out of something that won't go soft in your filament dryer.</p>
