Replacement lace lock for Salomon shoes and others with cord locks

One of the lace locks on my shoe broke so I wanted to see if I could print a replacement lace lock. The shoe brand is "Salomon" and the model is "Evasion Cabrio Sandal" and the diameter of the cord lace is 1.75mm. I found a larger paracord lace lock from alexflin and was able to shrink it down. I also added a pull tab to the top to make locking and unlocking easier. Print the lock body standing upright as alexflin suggested. Print 0.15mm with support and 20+ infile and it should work fine. It's a tight fit so I had to sand the print lines smooth on the inner lock. I would say its easier to insert the strings first then the inner lock instead of trying to feed them in the sides after you clip it together.
