The original LED holder of my HP N36L microserver broke while I was customizing it, so instead of repairing I decided to recreate it. TOP PART The first tries where to replicate the exact original piece, also if visually they appeared the same, they were brittle so I needed to reinforce it, after 11 tries I've got these models. The "top" element is detached for better printing of the whole thing without a lot of supports that led to his base being fuzzy, You can connect it with the cone thanks to two small 2x2 squared inserts that perfectly fit. I suggest printing the top element as published (rotated by 90°), in this way filament direction will provide a little more elasticity to the two clips that fit extremely tight. If you print normally, you will probably break them. CONE AND FRONT Two versions of the cone are available, one is a single piece having all the parts, the other is separated from the pluggable front part. You can print for example top part and cone with a black mate material to prevent light spreading on the sides, and the front using a transparent material. I suggest printing cone with supports, will use very little of them. Should work with N40L and N54L too.
