Replacement Legs for Glasses

This is a replacement legs for a pair of sunglasses that i own. After printing this model, i took it to a local glasses shop to get them custom fitted. (the person used a heating machine to soften the PLA and bend them slightly to fit my head's curve. So if you have a skill and a heat gun, i guess you could do it by yourself.) the stiffness of the joint was just perfect, the tolerance was just at the perfect point where the legs would connect to the glasses just right without the use of any adhesive Print Settings Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer: Ultimaker 2 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.1mm Layer Height Infill: 15% Notes: This model is only compatible to specific type of sunglasses, so make sure you check before you print it for yourself. You may have to adjust the length of the leg to work with your specific glasses, you are free to edit the 123dx file that i've attached It's better to print them up side down, as it required less support material and gives a much more smoother feeling when you actually wear them. I recommend taking it to a local glasses shop to customize the curvature for your head
