The company where I work uses Dell 1110 Laser Printers, but they have a flaw: the plastic flaps frequently break, causing paper collisions. I got tired of cleaning up stray sheets, so I designed a replacement part for my Thing-O-Matic printer. My first attempt was successful, but I need to adjust the feed rate for better detail and sand the cylindrical tabs for a proper fit. Overall, the part printed well and accurately.
