The rubber headpiece on my 3M respirator broke, so I remixed this ear saver to be able to accept the cloth straps that are attached to the respirator. Print two copies exactly the same, snap together in the small or large configuration. Thread the straps through the slots, and you are done. Works great so far. It will be interesting to see how long it lasts, I may need to make it thicker. Freecad design file provided.
