Replacement Tantrix Tiles (Standard & Micro)

Tantrix is an outstanding game until a piece goes missing. ignisVeneficus created a fantastic micro set on Thingiverse, allowing users to print the entire game in multiple layers. However, I only needed a few pieces. I remixed the design to produce 5 separate files, each representing a unique tile type, available in both micro and standard sizes. This way, users can print exactly what they need. The photos showcase the standard tiles I printed as replacements for my missing ones, which I then painted to match perfectly. The files still feature multiple colour depths, enabling users to employ ignisVeneficus's suggested multi-colour approach. However, I haven't tried it myself, and additional tiles with different channels at various depths would be necessary for a successful implementation. If you're interested in attempting this, I recommend downloading the OpenSCAD file from the original design and customizing your own. For optimal results, I suggest slicing the files with Ironing enabled to achieve a smooth top surface finish that matches the originals.
