The triggers in both my Aldi ratchet clamps failed - possibly because I'd left them clamping something (lightly) for several months. Probably not as strong as the original, but at least I can use the clamps. Print Settings Printer: Robox Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 100% Notes: Made in Robox ABS. I would have used PLA but the machine that I use for PLA is out of action - temporarily, I hope! I used a brim. Post-Printing Obviously clean off the brim and support material. The holes are 4mm and 5mm diameter. I cleaned these to size using a hand reamer (for handles see: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:386855) How I Designed This I scanned the broken parts in an Epson flat bed scanner. Married together the images in Picture Window Pro and used the resultant composite image as the starting point for 3D model design in Moment of Inspiration.
