These are non-OEM replacement plastic parts for an adjustable dress form intended for tailors. The parts fit A. E. Arthur Limited and Adjustoform dress forms where the original tripod hub (seen in the last image) looks like a hockey puck and can get broken. The tripod metal pipe outer diameters are 16.0 mm (about 5/8 inch) for the three legs and 22.2 mm (7/8 inch) for the vertical pipe. These reportedly work better than the original parts.
