Replacement plastic wheels for this truck and trailer (Joustra France) I found original plastic wheels destroyed by the rubber after few years. New parts are designed to fit original rubber and axis. Trailer wheels needs to use little pads (Joustra_WHEEL_TRAILER_ring.stl) in the center of inner part of wheel. I prefer easy to print design without support. I printed the wheels by red ABS. I am not sure what kind of plastic will do this reaction with rubber.
