Here's an updated design tailored specifically for the MAXNC-15 table top CNC mill, where I've incorporated key modifications that enhance performance and stability. To create a precise fit on the main bore of the tube, as well as the square piece, utilize a 1/4-20 tap to ensure secure fastening. For optimal smooth operation, install "V" all-thread for the lead screw. Additionally, two 6-32 tapped holes will be required on the saddle to provide stable anchorage and prevent movement during milling operations.
