I designed these components to support the acrylic hood of my vintage MakerBot Replicator 1 model. The initial set of parts, comprising left and right sections, serves a vital function by preventing the hood from warping backwards when the extruder moves in the y-axis, thereby minimizing the annoying noise produced during this process. The second set, consisting of upper and lower components, provides crucial support for the roof, which includes the front-facing acrylic plates. Without these parts, the design's lack of structural integrity would cause the roof to sag due to inadequate support. Note: These components may not fit your printer or hood if your print settings differ significantly from mine, particularly in terms of extrusion width and outer layer printing parameters.
