This is a Customizable Replicator 1 mount for a versatile centrifugal cooling fan system. The design provides substantial improvements in PLA printing quality by introducing stronger airflow capabilities than traditional rotatory fans. Cut a precise 45-degree slice from the 50mm x 15mm, 24V centrifugal blower fan, and securely attach it to the custom-made cover using super glue, aligning it perfectly with the existing mounting flats. The adjustable nozzles on the opposite side require careful placement using adhesive for optimal airflow. Connecting the 24V fan directly to the Replicator control board is also crucial for efficient operation. For secure attachment, simply mount the protective cover onto the pre-existing Replicator 1 holes utilizing two sturdy M3 bolts measuring 60mm in length.
