Replicator 2 & 2X LCD Button

This is a button designed to print in NinjaFlex to replace a defective control panel button for the Replicator 2 or Replicator 2X. Printed in NinjaFlex it is a little stiffer than the standard button but it does work as a decent replacement. We have been using one of these buttons on one of our Replicator 2X printers for almost 4 months now and it is still working good. Check out our blog post on the updated version here: http://thor3d.ca/wp/replicator-22x-lcd-interface-button-replacement/ Instructions This should be printed at a relatively low infill percentage using a flexible filament like NinjaFlex. We used 20% infill and 3 shells, but we would likely try 15% next time. You will also need something to serve as the contact point for each of the 5 buttons. For this we used the heads of copper plated nails designed to hang copper pipe straps. These work decently although you will have to clean them up a little bit to ensure there aren't any rough areas that will damage your contact points on the board.
