This is a thing-in-progress. Proceed at your own risk. There is some concern that the Replicator 2/2X wire harness is made of standard ribbon cable that is not rated for continuous motion. Furthermore, its mounting to the Y gentry causes flex where the wire exists the back of the motor mount. Also, the sharp 90º bend at the front has been the subject of discussion as another point of failure. This thing supports the back of the cable, so that it doesn't sag below the exit point of the cable channel and repeatedly flex at this point. Also, it provides a rounded cable path for the 90º bend and a cable clip. Feedback is appreciated Instructions Print at 100% infill. You may want to add mouse ears. I use .15 layers. Remove the side of the machine. Remove the roll pin in the right side above the X-motor. Remove the cabling carefully as to not cause undue stress on the cables-- remember this cable is prone to braking, and I take no responsibility if you damage it during this process. Route the cables through the printed part, again, be careful, you won't have much room and everything has to happen up near the motor mount since it needs to clip on the cable with very little slack. Press the part, with the routed cable, into the channel. It will be a tight fit. Again, be careful. Don't press too hard. Move the extruder out of the way and hold the motor if you need a place to push against, but again, not too hard.
