Replicator 2 Spool Mount 38mm Dia

This part is intended for the MakerBot Replicator 2 machine. Used to mount PLA spools that use a 38mm Dia center hole on the back of the printer. I bought PLA from a third party supplier and the spool did not work with the MakerBot supplied mount. The MakerBot supplied mount is ~51mm in Dia but the PLA spools I bought have a smaller (38mm dia) center hole. So, I created this new mount based on the MakerBot version but using a smaller diameter shaft. Instructions I've included a .STL and a .STP file You need to use "Raft" and "Supports" in your MakerWare software for this to print out correctly. Settings I used: Quality: High Raft + Supports Infill = 100% Number of Shells = 3 Layer Height = .1 Temperature and Speed: Use default settings **Note that if you use these settings it will probably take all night to print out. Using a lower quality will speed up the printing and should still produce a usable part. Break away all the support structure after it's done printing.
