Finished printing this on a Replicator 2 just now and it's currently going strong at 40 minutes in. This new part aims to bridge the gap between the stepper motor roller and the original component, which was apparently the primary issue with the latter when using NinjaFlex while removing the heatsink and fan. Additional iterations might still be necessary, so I've included the SolidWorks design for reference. Tony
