Simply press them in for a seamless fit with no hardware required. These stiffeners are printed in polycarbonate, featuring four shells all around and a 25% honeycomb infill that boosts platform stiffness by 30% when press-fitted. Alternatively, adding hardware to secure the arms more positively raises this boost to about 40%. To take this path, you'll need six M3x30 bolts to replace existing M3x16 bolts holding the platform and/or ten M4x16 bolts as expanders in square inserts. The M4 bolts aren't designed for flush mounting but can self-tap due to hole clearance, although a heat-pressed threaded insert is an optional upgrade.
