This is the left hand bearing block for a Replicator 2X. Mine wore out where the pulley shaft meets the block, so I decided to print one on my Taz 6 The slip bearings are held in place with a rubber O-Ring. I will be adding a retainer plate to both ends to help secure the bearing in its seat. Designed with Solid Works. Update: 10/06/2016 Revision 1.1 The offset between the timing belt clamps was off. I changed the offeset for the timing belt clamps Also made the clamps a bit thicker for rigidness... Rev. 1.2 Just cleaned some edges up and beefed up the belt clamps Print Settings Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer: TAZ 6 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .25 Infill: 40 Notes: printed at 40% infill with 2mm walls to give it strength
