Didn't like the way the 5mm pulley shaft had no support and with the high speed of Sailfish printing made it vibrate and flex. I made these to keep proper tension on the blets and steady the shaft. Instructions Printed in ABS with the fallowing settings Infill 50% , Layer Height .2 , Shells 3 You need to print 4, once done the mounting holes will need to be drilled out to 3mm or 1/8". Bearings used were 5X11X4 you'll need 4 and they press fit into the pillowblock. Mount these on either end of the 5mm shaft with 8 M3X16mm bolts and 8 M3 nuts. I mounted mine 49.5mm in from each edge and 14mm down for the first hole 38.5mm for the second. I filed the holes a very small amount so it could self align so there was no tension up or down on the shaft.
