Replicator HBP Support Upgrade

<p>People have seen the front of their HBP sag almost 2mm after 30 minutes. Before this modification I was getting 1.8mm sag after 30 minutes and now .45mm sag after 30 minutes.</p> <p>If you don't have access to a laser cutter let me know and we can work something out.</p> <h3> Instructions</h3> <p>It's a simple fix. It's just some additional support without adding a lot of weight.</p> <p>You will need 6 M3 16mm bolts &amp; nuts. Disassemble and replace the main plate. I've included the two back plates and the front plate because I found the orginial files were not the same as the shipping model of the Replicator so I updated them to match and I modified the back to be more Replicator2 styled. Just cut it all out on a laser cutter with 5mm plywood.</p> <p>I also added a center hole up front so if you want to modify your HBP to 3 point its ready to go.</p> <p>If you want one of these in a kit form let me know I can do it for $25 which includes shipping if you're in the USA.</p> Category: 3D Printer Accessories
