Replicator Indicator Mount

This is an affordable digital indicator mounting bracket purchased from Harbor Freight at $12. The mount replaces the left 16 mm spacer on the fan's left side, and attaches to the bracket with a simple 1/4 bolt. Once set up, this combination does not require disassembly, making leveling your build platform a quick 30-second task, accurate to 0.01 mm. My unique approach involves starting a small print in one corner, adjusting it visually for the desired layer height, stopping the print, installing the indicator, and then leveling the remaining corners using that corner as a reference point at a specific number (e.g., 2.30mm for my machine). Individual machines may require slight variations in this number.
