An enhanced version of GeraldO's extruder control umbilical termination design is available on Thingiverse (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:21570). I made some improvements, including adding an undercut to the hooky part for easier wire escape and incorporating fillets. To optimize printing with the undercut up, I chamfered the bottom of the counterbored hole. Print with zero extra shells for better filling in tight areas; a 100% fill is recommended. Despite some print quality issues, the part works well. Refer to GeraldO's instructions for installation at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:21570 and be amazed!
