Used these on my RepRap Guru to keep the X axis rods from sliding and rotating. May have to clean the holes up with a 3mm drill. Made to use a 3mm bolt and nut. a 6/32 set screw can be used for the variants that are made for it. - can just screw it directly and it will cut threads.
