RepRap Mendel Extruder Holder for E3D V6 extruder

This is a front plate for the X-slide of a RepRap Mendel Printer, made to hold E3D's V6 extruder. I have introduced a pocket for a captive nut into the side of the V6 holder base. I made it for a #4-40 screw, with nut sized 6.3 mm (flat-to-flat). To adjust for different sized nut, enter value in module holder_base() of the OpenSCAD file. This source file was previously used to this thing: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3062847 . I built off it because it contained a partial model of the RepRap printer to help me plan the new holder. As such, it contains some files needed for the prior design.
