After some failed experiments I designed this fan mount which fits onto the extruder motor. It fits my Greg's Hionged Accessible Extruder, but should also fit an Wade's Extruder. I used this fan: http://www.dealextreme.com/p/cooling-fan-for-vga-video-display-card-4cm-4cm-15564 Instructions This is designed for a motor with a width of 42.5 mm, modify openscad file if needed. Print, cut or break supports and tape to extruder motor.
