Reprap to CNC Router Instructions Construction: Print CNC_ROUTER_CLIP001.STL and CNC_ROUTER_BED001.STL. Power tool is using BLACK & DECKER High Performance Rotary Tool and RTX Flex Shaft. Fix CNC_ROUTER_BED001 on the original extruder by M3 screw and nut. Clip CNC_ROUTER_CLIP001 on the flex shaft with bit of the power tool by M3 screw and nut. Fix the drilling head on the CNC_ROUTER_CLIP001 by screw and nut. Software: Skeinforge. Change Profile Type : Milling. Profile Selection : End Mill. Import STL file to Skeinforge to generate G-CODE. RepSnapper. Import G-CODE. Drilling speed: ..... over 10,000 to 30,000 depends on materials. Caution: Remember to wear a dust mask, safety glasses, earmuffs.
