RepRapGuru Cooler Kit Remix

This is a remix of SgtSpamCan's system to mount an extruder part cooling fan. Many thanks to SgtSpamCan for the original design because if finally got me to add a fan to my RepRapGuru which is the best thing I have done for it. As always, when there is a great base to build on, the modifications keep on coming. First, he mentioned the desirability of an ability to better secure it using a zip tip, which made great sense. I was able to use Fusion 360 to turn the stl into a solid and add the lips for a zip tie. Don't pull too hard or you can break them, but you really don't need it tight. Second, the all-around fan duct didn't work for me because it kept hitting the clips on the build plate, so again I used Fusion 360 to modify it to a single point duct, which works very well for me. Third, I needed a little more clearance for my extruder wiring so I also modified the arm. I also bought a fan with a two piece wire and connector near the extruder so if I have to replace it. I tried a 24V fan but wanted a little more flow so changed to a 12V fan (glad I used the quick change leads).
