Parts required to upgrade your (RRP) Huxley to dual heads. Designed to not limit printing size and use standard head parts. Writeup here: Reprap Forum Two "Extruder Mount Bar"s move original extruder motor away from frame by about 5mm, and allow mounting of 2nd motor on other side - it's longer to account for non-symmetrical geometry of extruder drive. Print one of everything and make the Nozzle Bock in Aluminium from the PDF drawing. - Don't blindly drill the sizes! Adjust for tapping! I had to use helicoils.... Instructions Build Huxley hot end as per wiki/instructions/knowledge, just do some bits twice... Screwing the heads to the Nozzle Block is tricky 'cos they clash. I thionk I screwed the 2nd nozzle through the heater block and mount whilst holding both apart, then lock nutted. Be careful with your wiring. I'd advise PTFE heatshrink/Kapton around all wires anywhere near the heater block... When attaching to the X-Carriage the two Allen screws adjust the heights of the nozzles. use some sort of parallel to ensure they are equidistant from the bed.
