RepRapPro Mendel Frog Plate

A printed version of the Frog for the RepRapPro. Instructions This is my replacement of the Frog on the Reprappro model 3D printer. In my attempt to build this printer at home I found the laser cut wood parts a pain to get. Unlike earlier models of the Mendel this frog on this latest model is separated from the hot bead by a significant amount of open space so I have created a printed version of the frog to replace the laser cut part currently used. The other pieces used in the new replacement Frog are what I had laying around after my last Mendel build was completed. Pieces 12 5/16 Hex nuts 12 Lock washers 5/16 3 printed parts - bottom, middle and top plate. 2 threaded rod 5/16 230 mm long. Instructions: Since the bottom and middle plates are separated by 15mm you can just put the two on the rod with nuts and lock washers end to end. The top plate is 63mm between the middle and top plate. Someone might want to add the bearing holders to the top and bottom plates but I left them off, one because I'd already printed the bearing holders and two because they can be a little delicate and if I broke one I didn't want to loose the whole plate. The holes for the washers are standard M3 and the nut dimensions are also M3 size compliant.
