This is a 3d printer i designed around the coreXY design by Lehavier: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2138286 with a fully enclosed design and a heated chamber. it also has 4 big blowers on the side for convection and as a layer fan..it works very well. Apart from the 3d printed files you will need all the hardware from the Lehavier design, changing the MGN12H for MGN12C carts, with 250mm rails. you will need the following 2020 profiles(in mm): CoreXY: 2x330 2x306 Base: 2x330 2x266 Sides: 4x380 20 corner brackets 3 motors for the XYZ and 1 motor for the extruder 1 titan aero hotend/extruder 1 BLtouch This heater: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/AC-220V-500W-Electric-Ceramic-Thermostatic-PTC-Heating-Element-Heater-Surface-Insulation-Constant-Temperature-Air-Heating/32916798368.html 4 of these big blowers: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/5-pcs-lot-GDT-DC-2P-Big-Airflow-Cooling-Blower-Fan-97-97x33mm-9733-turbo-Cooler/2002250475.html 310x254x3mm glass for the front door (glue the hinge and handle to the glass with some epoxy) 236x254x2mm glass for the sides 4 neodymium magnets of 10mm diameter by 4mm thick for the handle (glue 2 of them with epoxy to the handle and 2 to the inside of the panels the panels are made of 4mm thick alucobond, it's an aluminum polycarbonate composite milled with a cnc. it's pretty cheap and easy to work with. i uploaded a DXF to mill them you will also need to make some 5mm separators for the side panels. i included another DXF. the LCD is a MKS mini 12864. if you want more insulation use 5mm aluminized polyethylene foam on the inside like on the pictures. i'm also uploading a marlin with the chamber on the LCD. For the Z axis you'll need 4xLM16UU 2x280mm 16mm smooth rod, 1x238mm TR8x8 leadscrew, 1x TR8x8 nut and 1x 5x8 coupler. 1x 608ZZ bearing below the hot bed there is a 10mm cork plate for thermal insulation. i'm also uploading the solidworks files.
