<b>The Bluntless S800 or S600 is a 26" flying wing made on the cheap. This was a quick weekend project to build a budget mini wing out of two molded EPP S800 replacement wings I got from Banggood for all of $14!! The remainder of the parts came from old mini quads.</b> Links to purchase parts used are below. The Electronics Tray indexes with the end of the cutout for the center blunt section of the S800, use it as a guide to mark where foam needs to be removed for the battery tray. The battery is pushed pretty far forward because the video transmitter and receiver in the side bays are located behind the CG. There is a hole to run a horizontal spar through the electronics tray if desired. The front edges of the battery bay will require trimming/sanding to match up cleanly with the airfoil. The motor mount area must be cut from the wing. The motor mount can be attached with Goop or a cement adhesive, just make sure the thrust angle is in line with the airfoil and the cut is square to the center line. The camera mount is a hacked Hardcore24 mount (thing:2374166) with the proportion and profile modified to fit the S600 airfoil. This should fit a mini or micro camera. The other option is using the HS1177 mount with crash guards. The winglets and center stabilizer fins were cut by hand from 4mm coroplast. <b>UPDATE</b> I have added STL's of the winglets and mid-stabilizers to use as templates/guides for cutting the coroplast. The https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2156164 to cover the VTX and x4r. I opted to spar and laminate with 3mill film and install balsa elevons. The molded epp elevons would work fine and I don't think laminate is required to get in the air. The CG is roughly 5" from the nose. It is also very important that the wing is balanced left to right, if it is too heavy on one side launching will be challenging. I was able to hit the cg mark with a 1300-1500mah 4cell with a 2206 motor.
