http://grabcad.com/requests/micro-turbine you didn't gave detailed blade specs so i made arcs instead of foils and used draft,, also you didnt gave shaft dia, so i didnt made that one either!, blades are 7, 50 mm inside dia, ~100 mm outside dia! enjoy!
