Research Design and manufacturing of biomedical product used in transplant_Master Thesis

The nose is used for aesthetic restoration for patients with damaged nose due to unwanted accidents. This is a small footprint unit than the whole body, but play a major role in the evaluation of the aesthetic face as well as dust, bacteria enter the body through the respiratory tract. Anyone who lost part or all of the nose due to the unintended accidents causing loss of harmony of face, people will lose confidence in the face of others. So the author decided to do this project. I used PLA (Poly lactic acid)_a biomedical material and silicon in my project. I used SLS (Structued Light Scanner) for scanning my nose, and Reprap machine for making sample.
