UPDATE: REV-B WORKS PRETTY GOOD. I have slept with it for two night in a row and cannot tell the difference between the original part and my clone once the lights are out. My ResMed Ultra Mirage Full Face Mask for my CPAP broke (again). The piece that breaks is probably $1 worth of plastic. I can't buy just that one piece and am forced to spend $250 on a whole new mask. This design, if it works out will pay for my 3D printer with two breaks. Though I'll probably spend more than $250 worth of my time figuring out how to model this complex part I look at it as time well spend.
