This is a new model built in SolidWorks using the basic geometry of Jason Knox' Filament Guide (nice work BTW), but with a counterbore for the screw and styling that blends better with the rest of the extruder IMO. It prints cleanly without any rafts or supports. The gcode is for PLA with 40% infill. It's a very strong part.
