Retractable Clothes Rod

Retractable Clothes Rod

Goal: I bought a bunch of shirts this weekend all of which say they must be air dryed. I had no optimal place to hang them. I could just use a clotheline but I wanted something closer to a clothesrod like you find in a closet. I also wanted it to retract and get out of my way. Finally I want it to look nice, and be not cost a dime. Print 2 of each of these and then find yourself a 1" rod. Screw the shoulder to the wall, put a bolt through the hinge, and screw/glue the one inch rod into the bar holder. Attach a spring to the bottom of the arm and the top of the shoulder. Done.
