Retractable Doorstop

This is a doorstop that was made for doors over carpet. Especially ones that like to shut by themselves, like the one that inspired it! Instructions The model in the picture is made from white PLA, 2 outer shells and about 35% infil. It was made on a MakerGear M2 3D Printer. The model also shows a metal retaining pin (turned it on my lathe for a production model) but the plastic one works just as well. If you have any issues with the pins, you can print them separately with greater infil settings. It attaches with 2 small countersunk wood screws (3/4"-1" long #8 or equivalent) The pin may require light sanding. You want the center DoorStopper part to move somewhat easily on the pin and a snug fit for the pin in each hole on the DoorStopBody part. Enjoy!!
