My Harbor Freight retractable extension cord (hangs from ceiling) broke, took it apart and it was a half-gear cog that split. I created this to fix it, I did it in Tinkercad so don't have any source files, it works for my extension cord so hopefully someone else will find it useful. Print without any supports, I used PLA 100% infill.
