Until Retroflag offers us replacement shells this is what I came up with. There are three versions included: 1. Version that uses 4 m2 x 4mm screws to secure the two halves, and two of the flat-headed 2.5" HDD/SSD M3 x 4mm mounting screws 2. Version that does not have the screw holes; the friction between the two halves is decent and so you may find this adequate so as to avoid showing the screws. Please do not hold me liable if the halves come apart and something happens to your drive. I recommend screws to be safe. 3. One-piece version you can print standing up, that a drive slides into and you can use two hard 2.5" drive screws to secure. This is a work in progress and tolerances and details may yet be adjusted, but I've decided it's in a good enough state to release to the public. For a textured surface you may want to print the halves face-down, but this will make the label area difficult to work with. Personally I prefer printing the faces up for a cleaner look all around. You'll need supports if you print face-up. 9/10/2020: Removed screw posts from the screwed version as they won't print in all orientations; added holes for two 2.5" HDD/SSD screws instead. Also removed the lip that fit into the top half to make the whole thing simpler and easier to print. The lip is still present in the pressure-fit version.
