This is a B2D Remixed to fit the Cultivate 3D Beast V2! Changes/Additions: - Reversed inlet and outlet fittings - A shelf on the inlet for a filament out sensor - 48 tooth pulley shaft moved 0.5mm on middle frame and top mount to tighten belt - Curved version of Bowden exit fitting to line up exit with stock Bowden tube inlet - Continuous Bowden tube, may require drilling Bowden fitting Hardware kit available here: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/3D-Printer-parts-Dual-Wheel-PLA-Printed-Extruder-Newest-Feeder-For-DIY-UM2-Ultimaker-2-Extended/32907170078.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.27424c4drbhkqr Update 1: - Added flanges and rib to Bowden Exit (Bowden_Exit_175_Reversed_V2). The original part would flex a little during retractions. Also made it so Bowden tube does not go all the way through. It goes most of the way through and is held captive so it does not move during retractions. Update 2: - Added tension adjuster to stepper belt. I found parts with many retractions could loosen the belt and increase noise. I found the bolts had bottomed out in the stepper. I wanted a way to precisely tension the belt. There is now a nut recess in the middle frame and an angled section to the base to insert an M3 screw through. Base is also 1.5mm thicker to ensure M3 bolts included in parts kit do not bottom out in stepper and flange on middle frame is slightly wider for greater range of adjustment. Parts added: Frame_Middle_Tens_Adj & Frame_Base_Tens_Adj Update 3: - Designed new bearing connector with two flanges. Original would bend and bearings rolling against filament would have side loads, and eventually it broke after a year (lasted a long time!). The bearing connector is sized to accept 16mm screws. Also, I added holes for the nuts in the frame top for the bowden exit.
