Revised Beco Block Man
thingiverse
Featuring an improved Beco Block figure, this revised version includes modifications for enhanced flexibility and aesthetics. The 'ff' female-female connector piece has been slimmer, offering a tighter fit and easier attachment/removal. Additionally, the 'mfmf' torso piece has been redesigned with elevated arm placement. Download becoman_stl.zip for all STL files and multi-piece sheets. For skeinforging, increase extra shells to at least 1 for strength. Print six 'ff_new' pieces (or alternatives) for upper arms and thighs; one m_head (unchanged); one mmm pelvis block (also unchanged); and four mm_new pieces for hands and knees, utilizing bridging for reduced cutting. Finally, print five mf_new pieces for forearms, lower spine, and feet - trim the ball part for flat seating - and assemble by clipping supports with wire cutters, followed by smoothing ABS to boost posability.
