Important Notes:

The pre-sliced and STL models are parametrized for a 0.4mm nozzle with 4 perimeters, 0.2 layer height and PETG.

To assemble the lid to the body, you need a single M3x10mm or M3x8mm screw any head type will work. The lid has a slightly larger hole for the screw to not engage. The screw diameter, offset and length is all customizable in the parametric model.

ThinWall parameter

The most important parameterization parameter is the “ThinWall” variable, it is designed to be the value that your slicer recommends for your particular nozzle and number of perimeters. This value can be found in PrusaSlicer right under the Number of Perimeters.

Recommended Printing Materials:

PCTG or PETG or any other material that is considered food safe and will print watertight (you don't want anything getting into the pill box.) I also recommend not using a brass nozzle as they are commonly thought to contain trace amounts of lead which is dangerous for your health if ingested. Nozzles such as the E3D steel nozzle are considered food safe.
